By express reporting systen, we encourage anonymous reporting of near misses, incidents, non compliance with SMS and other Vessel safety environmental protection requirements or violations of MARPOL to the office. The express reporting system also serves to inform office in case of any crew complaints which are consridered to be not satisfactorily addressed on board.
